The supplied photograph shows a Yamazen laboratory pressure-controlled pumping system consisting of a front-mounted pressure control/pump module and a separate Yamazen-branded enclosure. The front control panel is clearly marked PRESSURE (MPa) and includes a digital pressure display, preset pressure setting, pump ON/OFF control, and power switch. The visible display is showing 0.0 MPa with a 1.0 MPa preset.

The system appears to be designed for controlled pressure generation and fluid delivery in laboratory applications. The front panel provides direct monitoring and adjustment of operating pressure, while the pump can be switched independently from the main power. The Yamazen branding is clearly visible on the lower enclosure.

Because the exact model number and complete system configuration are not visible in the supplied photograph, this listing does not assign an unverified Yamazen model number. The 1.0 MPa value visible on the controller is treated as the photographed preset rather than the confirmed maximum operating pressure of the complete system.

Applications

The system can be used where controlled pressure and liquid delivery are required in laboratory-scale processes. Depending on the connected pump, tubing, vessel, and accessories, pressure-controlled pumping systems can be incorporated into separation, purification, sample-processing, and other laboratory fluid-handling workflows.

Yamazen produces laboratory-scale chromatography and preparative liquid-chromatography systems in which solvent delivery pumps operate at pressures around 1.0 MPa. Yamazen’s No. 580 pump, for example, is documented with a flow range of 3–80 mL/min and pressure capability up to 1.0 MPa. However, the exact pump model in the supplied photograph cannot be confirmed from the visible information.

The 1.0 MPa figure should not be interpreted as the confirmed maximum pressure rating of this specific unit. Yamazen’s No. 580 solvent-delivery pump used in preparative chromatography systems is documented with a 0–80 mL/min flow range and maximum pressure of 1.0 MPa, but the pump model shown in this photograph has not been positively identified.

Benefits of Refurbished Laboratory Equipment

Purchasing refurbished laboratory equipment can provide research laboratories, universities, pharmaceutical organizations, chemical laboratories, and industrial facilities with access to useful pressure and fluid-handling equipment at a lower cost than purchasing new systems. A refurbished Yamazen pressure-controlled system can be suitable for laboratories maintaining existing equipment or developing laboratory-scale fluid-processing workflows.

Refurbished equipment can also be useful when replacement equipment must integrate with existing laboratory vessels, tubing, columns, pumps, or purification systems. Yamazen equipment is used in laboratory chromatography and medium-pressure liquid chromatography applications, including systems employing pumps capable of pressures up to approximately 1.0 MPa.

Additional Information

The supplied photograph shows visible Yamazen branding on the lower unit and a separate pressure-control panel with a digital MPa display. The exact model number, pump type, flow range, electrical rating, tubing configuration, and maximum pressure rating cannot be confirmed from the photograph alone.

The unit also shows noticeable cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration, and age-related marks. The system should therefore be evaluated for pressure stability, pump operation, leakage, tubing condition, electrical safety, and calibration before use. Any connected pressure vessel or laboratory apparatus must be rated appropriately for the intended operating pressure.

Refurbished Condition
